What types of collectibles do you sell? We specialize in high-standard collectibles including Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering (MTG), Digimon, and Gundam model kits. We also stock rare hobby merchandise and unique "hard-to-find" items.
Are your products authentic? Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sourcing only genuine, high-quality merchandise. Every item is inspected to ensure it meets the standards collectors expect.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payments like Venmo and CashApp for your convenience.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United States. Please contact us directly if you are an international collector interested in a specific item.
How do you package fragile items like Gundam kits? We understand that box condition is important to collectors. All items are securely packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our shop.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is in the hands of the carrier and cannot be canceled.
